Discovery Days Itinerary

Check in begins at 11 AM at the Solivita Welcome Center. |

Meet your Solivita Sales Counselor and time permitting, you will have: a brief orientation, a tour of the Village Center, the opportunity to enjoy all the amenities and participate in activities. |
|
Join your resident hosts for dinner at the Welcome Center. They will escort you to the Grill or Mosaics for dinner. |
| Day Two | |
|
Breakfast is on your own: Complimentary coffee is provided in your Discovery Days home. The Stonegate Grille in the Village Center starts serving breakfast at 7 AM. Also in the Village Center, The Gateway Café serves light fare for breakfast starting at 8 AM offering: coffee, hot cocoa, tea, bagels, Danish, biscotti and breakfast pizza. |

9:30 AM: Meet in the Welcome Center for your community tour: This will give you the opportunity to see the surrounding area, including: shopping, medical facilities, The Palms Amenity Center, and neighborhoods. |
|
Around noon: you’ll return to the Welcome Center to meet your Solivita representative for lunch at the Stonegate Grille. |
|
After lunch: your sales counselor will escort you through The Village Center, if you did not have a chance on the first day. You will have an opportunity to meet with representatives of the fitness, lifestyles and golf departments. You will also visit the model homes and have a chance to see available homesites. |

Finally, you will have the opportunity to select your home, choose your homesite and finalize your new home purchase. |

|
Round of golf & bucket of practice balls (when applicable) Use of Solivita amenities. |

Return to Welcome Center and meet with your Sales Counselor. |
|
For those of you who would like to use the facilities after checkout, lockers, changing rooms and showers are available for your use. |
