Avatar announces plans for Fieldstone in Poinciana

Poinciana, the second Best Selling Master-Planned Community in the United States the past two years (*) and among America’s 100 Nicest Places to Live (**), is giving homebuyers another reason to want to live there.

Avatar has announced plans for Fieldstone, a residential community planned for over 500 homes from its new Mediterranea Collection and an amenity center with swimming pool, spa, cabana, children’s playground, and open space with picnic area.

Fieldstone is being developed just north of the developing Solivita Marketplace and the sites for a planned medical office building by Osceola Regional Medical Center.

Fieldstone’s look is planned to include white rail fencing, stacked stone monuments, and decorative street lamps augmented by colorful landscaping.

Nine new family-friendly, 3- and 4-bedroom plans with up to 2,836 sq. ft. of living area offer spacious living rooms and great rooms, formal dining rooms, master suites with sitting areas and walk-in wardrobes, lavish master baths with oval soaking tubs and separate showers, and gourmet kitchens with breakfast bars, morning cafés, and center work islands.

Several optional and multifunctional spaces also are being offered to give homebuyers the opportunity to add more space and tailor their homes to their individual family needs and lifestyles. Options include covered front porches, bay windows, swimming pools and decorative ceiling treatments. Two plans offer loft/bedroom/game room options and a third includes a study that can be converted to a fifth bedroom, media room, home office or hobby room.

Homes are pre-construction priced from the mid-$200s and three furnished model homes are planned to open early next year.
