Condo office warehouse complex planned in Poinciana Industrial Park

August 20, 2007

The boom continues in Poinciana Office & Industrial Park where plans have been announced for a condo office warehouse and office showroom complex estimated to cost approximately $15 million.

Poinciana 15 Acres LLC has purchased 15 acres fronting Poinciana Boulevard just south of State Road 17-92 on which it plans to build a complex of 14 buildings with a total of approximately 173,000 sq. ft. under roof, according to Cleat Simmons, manager of Poinciana 15 Acres LLC which purchased the site from park developer Avatar Properties Inc.

The site is located on the east side of Poinciana Blvd., opposite the burgeoning McLane Suneast plant which is currently undergoing a $12 million expansion.

If permitting, engineering and architectural design go as scheduled, Simmons said development of the condo office warehouse and condo office showroom complex should commence in the Fall of 2008 and be complete sometime in 2009.
