Solivita® to stage 6th annual Fall Festival on November 10th

Thousands of Floridians viewed the work of artists and artisans at last year's Fall Festival at Solivita® in Poinciana

Central Floridians looking to get their holiday shopping done early will have an opportunity to see and purchase the work of over 120 local artists and artisans at the 6^th annual Fall Festival in the award-winning active adult community of Solivita® in Poinciana^SM.

Open to the public free of charge, the Fall Festival will be held Saturday, November 10^th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Solivita’s^® Village Center at 395 Village Drive, off Cypress Parkway.

An array of arts and crafts is expected to include holiday wreaths and floral arrangements, paintings, jewelry, home décor, greeting cards, ceramics, ladies hand bags, quilts, quilted jackets, stained glass, photography, horticulture, water fountains, hand-painted and embroidered clothing, gift baskets, pet items, and wood products.

There also will be readings and book signings by Solivita® resident authors; 15 art, ceramic, fitness and dance demonstrations by Solivita® residents and staff; two entertainment venues with live music and dance; clowns; balloon art and face painting for the kids; and a wide selection of foods and beverages for purchase.

In addition to viewing the work of over 120 artists and artisans, the public can purchase raffle tickets to have an opportunity to win arts and crafts donated by the vendors. Proceeds will go to the St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. Ann’s in Haines City which distributes food to the needy.
