Driving Directions

Driving directions to our beautiful community are as follows:

From Orlando on Interstate 4

• Take Interstate 4 west to exit 68 (State Road 535/Lake Buena Vista).
• Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto State Road 535 and continue approximately four miles. Turn right onto Poinciana Blvd. for fifteen miles to Pleasant Hill Road.
• At Pleasant Hill Road, turn right and continue for two miles.
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway. At the traffic light at Marigold Avenue, continue going straight. After the light, turn left into the Solivita^® main entrance.

From Orlando International Airport

• At the airport, take South Access Road for four miles toward State Road 417 (Toll road also called Central Florida Greeneway.)
• Take State Road 417/Central Florida Greeneway heading south for 7 ½ miles to John Young Parkway south.
• Go south on John Young Parkway for eight miles to Pleasant Hill Road.
• Turn left onto Pleasant Hill Road and continue for approximately ten miles.
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway. At the traffic light at Marigold Avenue, continue going straight. After the light, turn left into the Solivita^® main entrance.

Florida Turnpike Southbound from North Florida

• Get off the Turnpike at exit 249 (Osceola Parkway).
• Take Osceola Parkway west 2 ½ miles to John Young Parkway.
• Turn left onto John Young Parkway and continue south for eight miles to Pleasant Hill Road.
• Turn left onto Pleasant Hill Road and continue south for approximately ten miles.
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway. At the traffic light at Marigold Avenue, continue going straight. After the light, turn left into the Solivita^® main entrance.

Florida Turnpike Northbound from South Florida

• Get off the Turnpike at exit 242 (Kissimmee\192)
• Take US 192 west six miles to John Young Parkway.
• Turn left going south on John Young Parkway and continue south for 3.5 miles to Pleasant Hill Road.
• Turn left onto Pleasant Hill Road and continue south for approximately ten miles.
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway. At the traffic light at Marigold Avenue, continue going straight. After the light, turn left into the Solivita^® main entrance.

From US 192 (Also known as State Road 530/Vine Street/Irlo Bronson Highway)

• From Walt Disney World, go east to John Young Parkway.
• From Orange Blossom Trail, go west ¾ miles to John Young Parkway.
• Turn south onto John Young Parkway and continue south for 3.5 miles to Pleasant Hill Road.
• Turn left onto Pleasant Hill Road and continue south for approximately ten miles.
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway. At the traffic light at Marigold Avenue, continue going straight. After the light, turn left into the Solivita^® main entrance.

From Disney/Lake Buena Vista/SR 535

• Take State Road 535 east, go under Interstate 4 and continue approximately four miles.
• Turn right onto Poinciana Blvd. Go south for fifteen miles to Pleasant Hill Road.
• At Pleasant Hill Road, turn right and continue for two miles.
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway. At the traffic light at Marigold Avenue, continue going straight. After the light, turn left into the Solivita^® main entrance.

From Orange Blossom Trail

• Take Orange Blossom Trail south to John Young Parkway
• Turn left onto John Young Parkway and continue south for six miles to Pleasant Hill Road.
• Turn left onto Pleasant Hill Road and continue south for approximately ten miles.
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway. At the traffic light at Marigold Avenue, continue going straight. After the light, turn left into the Solivita^® main entrance.

From Ocala - Via Interstate 75, Interstate 4 and the Turnpike

• Take Interstate 75 south to the Florida Turnpike south towards Orlando.
• Follow the Turnpike south 50 miles to exit 259 (Interstate 4 west exit).
• Take Interstate 4 west toward Tampa for eight miles to exit 68 (State Road 535 Kissimmee/Lake Buena Vista).
• Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto State Road 535 heading east and continue approximately four miles to Poinciana Blvd.
• Turn right onto Poinciana Blvd. and continue south approximately 15 miles to Pleasant Hill Road.
• At Pleasant Hill Road, turn right and continue for two miles.
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway. At the traffic light at Marigold Avenue, continue going straight. After the light, turn left into the Solivita^® main entrance.

From Tampa/St. Petersburg

• Take Interstate 275 North to Interstate 4 East toward Orlando.
• Continue on Interstate 4 for 57 miles to exit #58 (County Road 532/Osceola-Polk Line Road).
• Turn right onto County Road 532/Osceola-Polk Line Road) and continue east for four miles.
• Turn left onto US 17-92 (also named S. Orange Blossom Trail) and continue for four miles to Poinciana Blvd.
• Turn right onto Poinciana Blvd. and travel south eight miles to Pleasant Hill Road.
• At Pleasant Hill Road, turn right and continue for two miles.
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway. At the traffic light at Marigold Avenue, continue going straight. After the light, turn left into the Solivita^® main entrance.

From Interstate 95

• Take Interstate 95 to exit 212 (State Road 407/Challenger Memorial Parkway).
• Go south for four miles to State Road 528 (Toll road also called Beeline Expressway/Martin Andersen Expressway.)
• Take State Road 528 (Beeline Expressway/Martin Andersen Expressway) west 22 miles to State Road 417 south (Toll road also called Central Florida Greeneway.)
• Take State Road 417/ Central Florida Greeneway south to exit 11 (John Young Parkway) heading south.
• Go south on John Young Parkway for eight miles to Pleasant Hill Road.
• Turn left onto Pleasant Hill Road and continue south for approximately ten miles.
• Pleasant Hill Road becomes Cypress Parkway. At the traffic light at Marigold Avenue, continue going straight. After the light, turn left into the Solivita^® main entrance.
